How is my reputation calculated?
Your reputation is a dynamic score driven by the community. You earn points when your incidents receive upvotes and when you post verified solutions to other engineers' outages.
How do I report abusive or harmful content?
If you encounter a postmortem that violates our ethical guidelines (e.g., contains unredacted PII or personally attacks a developer), please click the "Report" flag on the post. Our moderation team reviews these within 24 hours.
Can I export my published incidents?
Yes. We believe you own your data. You can export all your published and drafted incidents as markdown files from your account settings panel.
I lost access to my account. What do I do?
Please email our support team at support@devsolved.com from the original email address you used to register.
